  • Utilize specialized software and modeling tools to simulate the performance of ultrasonic transducers, ensuring their efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation of designs, simulations, test results, and project progress.
  • Plan and conduct experiments and tests to validate processes against specification requirements. Analyze and interpret test results to refine designs as needed.
  • Oversee product specification review and design specification generation for moderate to complex projects.
  • Organize and prepare summaries of analysis completed to support the design methodology and satisfaction of requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in acoustics and ultrasound technology and apply this knowledge to improve transducer designs.

  • Complete detailed design and analysis culminating in an engineering drawing package and related parts lists and BOMs.
  • Direct the preparation of detail drawings and solid model files of components, assemblies, and subassemblies.

Program Management

  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Present and review design packages at both internal and customer attended reviews.
  • Interface with outside vendors to determine part suitability, availability of materials and parts, and delivery schedules.
